Comedor de San Pascual is a non-profit 501(c)3 soup kitchen and food pantry providing nutritious evening takeout meals and pantry bags at no cost — because everyone deserves to eat with dignity.

What we do

Every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, Comedor prepares and serves nutritious carry-out meals and packs food pantry bags for families and individuals across Las Vegas and San Miguel County — entirely through volunteers, with no paid staff.

Evening meals

Free hot takeout meals served Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3:30–4:10 pm, at OLOS Parish Hall.

Food pantry bags

About 150 nonperishable food bags — at least 6.2 lbs each — handed out every week.

Our story

Comedor de San Pascual began in 2010 as an extension of a Thursday lunch program at First United Methodist Church, and has grown into a community fixture serving around 175 carry-out meals a day. It remains entirely volunteer-run.
